Absolutely appalling service. No matter what time or day you walk in, you have to wait ages and ages to be seen. Been there 4 times in 2 weeks and had to leave every time as I ran out of lunch break time.

Have to thank Mo for his help today. I had an issue with a phone, a year and half old. Rather than just trying to sell me a new contract so I got a working phone. (this happen at the Moorgate Branch). He took the time to fix my phone issue. It's working great and because of him, I love EE and will come back to this branch. Take note Moorgate branch.

Dont leave many reviews but to be fair this was really good. Had questions about wifi dongles and Maryam sat down and talked be through all the options with add ons etc all the pricing and was never pressured. Now Ive got all the info I'll make a decision and definitely go back to them if I wanna go with EE.

This is absolutely the worst EE store. The only reason it got one star is because I could not put less. The staff are rude and unhelpful. They never answer the phone or call you when they have promised too. EEâ??s own customer services actually raised a complaint t about this store on my behalf because of the way that the staff behaved. The whole team here seriously needs to go on some customer service training. For such a prominent branch in a busy area of the city of London it is appalling. Avoid! EE as a network are fine but my experience with this store is seriously making me think again

I walked into this store wanting to renew my contract. They offered me a tariff that they said was a special offer. I asked repeatedly for a list of cheaper tariffs and they wouldn't show it to me saying that it was going to cost me more overall because I'd have to pay for extras. When I stood up and almost left, after 25 minutes of lies, they showed me a board with the standard tariffs. It turns out I was about to sign a contract that would've cost more than twice what I should've gone for. Obviously I did walk out in the end. If you really have to go this shop BE VERY CAREFUL!!!
