My recent visit to EE Moorgate surpassed all my expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the vast selection of smartphones to find the perfect one that matched my budget and needs. They took the time to understand my preferences and thoroughly explained the features of each phone, making the decision-making process seamless and enjoyable.Beyond their expertise, the staff's warmth and welcoming attitude created an atmosphere that felt like stepping into a royal palace. Their genuine smiles and friendly demeanor made me feel valued as a customer, and I couldn't help but admire their professionalism and passion for their work.

I have been to this branch 8-10 times.... Which is clue #1 toward their incompetance. The store is wildly ineffecient and the employees clearly dont care. Terrible exerience, and honestly a terrible company overall.

Not a reflection of EE in general, but just my latest experience at this particular branch. I visited EE Moorgate store at about 3pm today to check how I can switch to 4 or 5 G, as per EE text message, and I was told I will need a new contract with new terms. I was trying to explain but was constantly interrupted. When I showed the message, the shop assistant poked the screen, and all my other text messages came in. When I suggested I should be the one who should be handling my phone, but they can guide me, they said I obviously did not need their help and refused to serve me, telling me to text 150. The message to that number did not provide an answer, so I asked assistance of another shop assistant, who said they were on a break. They stayed in the shopping hall though. I then called 150, and the agent calling me back was amazing and sorted out all my problems. As I had expected, I did not need a new contract for potentially more money. I am very grateful to the last agent, but really unhappy with the in-store support. I do understand pushing in a new, potentially more expensive contract, may be better for the shop assistant's bonus, but listening and providing tailored support is what i received from the phone call agent but not in the shop. From other reviews, this is not a one-off poor customer experience at this branch.

Service my mum received last week was deplorable. The staff literally talked amongst themselves with the cursory glance/word to her while she tried to get roaming sorted. EE must have no standards for their staff because these staff didn?t seem worried about losing their job at all - if they did, they might actually perform some work. She (long term customer of EE) left disgusted?

Very rude and unhelpful staff. Surely for where this store is located you could put more customer focused staff.On my visit they were very abrupt and even with other customers they all seem to have the same bad attitude.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Khalid and Yassin at the EE store. Both of them showcased exceptional professionalism and were immensely kind. I visited this shop trying to get a simple upgrade and the assistant was unhelpful and clueless. They did not attempt to get a supervisor to answer or resolve any issues and I had to leave empty handed. I visited another EE shop and this was completed seamlessly in under 20mins. I will never visit this store again.

The woman working there (got the impression she is a figure of authority) was not interested in helping. She was very keen on shushing me and explaining procedures that do not apply to my sim I last my phone I?m trying get sim issue i.e. told me to go online to order sort something out that was resolved in another EE shop.

I came here at 5.40 pm and it is shown it closes at 6.00 pm. I met staff closing doors, they said it is closed. Friendly staff, but not working on given times.

Was helped by Yusuf (I hold I?m spelling that correctly) today after my phone got stolen and I needed a cheap phone to get around London with. He was super helpful and kind and set everything up for me so I could make calls straight away.

I walked into this store to sort out my phone issue, and the manager dealt with me. He showed no interest and did not even feel knowledgeable about being a manager. I was advised to go to another store, and it was a customer service advisor from another store who fixed my phone issue. I even asked the manager whether he could ring another store to help me out, but instead replied I had to do it by myself and can?t help me when I did not have access to my personal phone. Another store was more customer friendly and helpful unlike this Moorgate store. This store needs to be closed down like Cheapside. Avoid going to this store!

Terrible service. I was told over the phone to bring in some documentation, which I did, then was told in store that I needed to come back with additional documentation. I came back in the following day with everything and they then told me that they couldn't help me at all and refused to scan the documents and upload them to my account

Served by the same person twice a few months apart. Rude, unhelpful and just terrible customer service. I was shocked seeing her there the second time I confess.
