I just had the perfect troubleshooting for my X-T4 and my 16-55mm XF lense, which had some issues, after I got pushed against a wall with my camera with the lense on during travels. Until I have the time to send my lense in, the consultant gave me a solution so I can use it even for the next job on a wedding. Thank you a lot to the incredibly kind, motivated and skilled consultant for all the help.

Ang's service is particularly good. He is Chinese, so friends who are not good at English can go to him and he will give you a professional introduction.

Big thanks to Sarjid and Sofia. I accidentally left my lens cap for my 35mm when I was comparing shots from my camera with the display units. I went back after 2 weeks and Sarjid said he found my lens cap during his routine checks and Sofia assisted me. Thank you so much.

Went to just look around the shop. not necessarily a photographer, just someone who likes cameras and this tall guy, semi bald, did not get his name, cleaning a few cameras eyed me up and down and said "Are you looking for anything specific?" and I said "nope, just looking around" and he had asked me what camera I currently own, I said Panasonic Lumix DSLR (again, not know much about cameras). he then made a snide, condescending comment "Panasonics cameras are not DSLR" and then I said "oh, the micro thirds?" and then he said "yeah, they are mirrorless" in the same condescending tone. I personally believe, that as a consumer, we should feel free to just look around and not feel judged by the sales member. Not happy about this interaction at all. i would not even call it a service as I would not want to be serviced by this type person. There are ways to approach different people, this certainly was not it. 1 star for a nice shop. I'm sure that other members of staff does not reflect this specific person's behaviour but it has definitely made an impression to me and not in a good way.
