Amazing from start to finish. Reached out to Faiyaz in December as I needed an engagement ring for the end of Jan. Very seamless process . Explained everything so well and kept me up to date through out the process. The ring turned beautiful and exactly how I wanted. Riz was great throughout the whole process, he made sure to educate us on each aspect of the diamond, and the ring itself. Step by step process, fully bespoke, complete transparency. He was super friendly, kept me updated the whole time. The rings came out amazing, absolutely brilliant, the men?s band and my wife?s engagement ring and wedding band. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Raiyaz and the team were great, I met them at a wedding fair and they gave me their details, said they could make a custom ring for my husband. I provided a picture and the created a match, if not better than what I had originally requested. For a custom ring in platinum, with two set stones, it was a very reasonable price.There were a few issues but they were sorted very quickly, with very quick responses. Very trustworthy.

My fiancé and I got our wedding rings from GD and their service was top tier, our rings are prefect! Everything was explained even parts we didn?t understand to ensure we got the best rings according to our budget. Absolutely incredible service! I cannot recommend them enough. I had the perfect push present in mind, something that I can pass onto my daughter one day. I worked with Grandeur for months, they were patient with me and enthusiastic themselves about my ring! They showed me multiple stones and eventually we decided on the stone which suited all my criteria and had the best sparkle! They understood all my design requirements and worked with me until it was perfect. When I received my order they also had made me a personalised bib with my daughter?s name on it, which was just so sweet! Honestly I?ve recommended them to everyone I know as I know they will also receive an exceptional service. I?m really glad I found them as I won?t be going anywhere else in the future for any jewellery I want to get made.

Absolutely amazing service provided by Grandeur Diamonds from start to finish. I provided them an image of the ring I wanted creating and within a few days they drafted the CAD design. When I received the ring I was in absolute awe of the beautiful piece they created for me.GD went the extra mile by helping me source the exact diamond matching the specification I was wanting for my engagement ring.
