Recently, I shopped at Hobbs Leadenhall and was delighted when I was approached by a very welcoming and kind assistant named Fareda. So professional and friendly, she reassured me even when I was indecisive and was never pushy. She was kind and friendly throughout my experience in Hobbs and was able to let me browse while she prepared a few outfits for me in the changing rooms! Thank you for your help and Kindness will definitely come back again!

I visited the store and met this most welcoming and polite shop assistant Dimi! She was very professional, attentive and helped me buy this wonderful dress! I wish there were more shop assistants like her, she made the whole experience very pleasant and interesting! Well done Dimi ?
