Customer service is really bad with staff who are new and inexperienced trying to advice on sensitive matters. Inexperienced staff should state so before giving advice, not after getting myself rejected for a credit card.

By far the most ignorant and disgusting Bank, all well and good when you have money coming in, pay off your loan and credit card back on time, but throughout the pandemic when I've lost my job and couldn't pay my dues they've completely destroyed my credit score! Going through depression and health problems I find this a DISGRACE! Stay away from this Bank and their associates.

I had a wonderful experience, took me no efforts to complete my banking services. Excellent and professional bankers, special thanks to Mr David he was very helpful, polite and competent.I'll definitely recommend this branch.

Rude attitude from counter staff (Philip Alexander ).Lacks customer service skills and clearly told NO money transfers from the counter.No manager around to discuss issues.Will avoid this branch in future.Funny how so many branches are closing with good staff then you have this branch. (All the gear, no idea)!.

Really good service from this brunch, helpful staff. Well done! HSBC brunches are a bit of hot and miss. Some brunches like this one are really good and some are exceptionally poor. Wish they are all the same good standard.

Not happy with the cash machines inside or out £40 in fivers and £110 in tens, what happened do 20 and 50 pound notes. And limited cash withdrawals inside so you have to downstairs to the cashier. Need to implement cash machines that give you the same amount as over the till and the size note you want. Shouldn't be hard with such a big bank
