I have called in many times, always to talk to pleasant and helpful staff.Best savings interest rates of any bank.Great mobile app with lots of functionality.Overall much better than Commonwealth, AMP, and ANZ - all of which I have been with and left due to problems.

Attended First time really very impressive building and lots of space with very good security all round the building, staff so very polite and helpful.As did not know area asked one gent working on coffee/ snack bar on directions back to my area.He very kindly printed out a map of bus to return home, along with other options.Sadly did not get his name still went out of his way to help.Reception staff also well organised on my arrival for my course.everything was ready and on hand on my arrival.Usually I give 4 stars as there always should be room for improvement, still find hard how they can improve reason for awarding 5 Stars.
