The worst customer service I ever experienced, when returning an item. When purchased, the sales person said since their changing rooms are not available, their return window is now 100 days. Now that I took the item back, current store manager says that person was a temp from another store and she accepted no responsibility what so ever and didn't agree to refund an unused and unworn item simply because it was a late return. I have been there twice in the past months during their opening hours and they were closed, which could have been due to shortage of staff. Totally understandable in the current climate, but at least they should take the responsibility and not dump it on the customer.

very impressed by sale staff in this store. I visited the shop last week where there was a rude customer having a go at the sale staff because they were questioning her about the clearly worn items that she was returning. She took approach of denial and shouting. Everyone in the store was uncomfortable but the store manager and one of the staff dealt with the situation very professionally and dealt with the conflict. They were also very helpful with my inquiries.
