not even worth one star, the rudest, ignorant man i have ever been served by. if this was the last shop in shepherds bush i would go out of the area rather than return.... but thankfully its not so we can all go somewhere else.AVOID at all cost.

Please be careful, I went into this store today (Friday 6-5-22 at approx 9:40am) to collect on a lotto ticket, which was 30 pounds. The guy at the till gave me the money, when I got home, I found that he gave me an old 20 pound note. So just be careful, they pass out of date currency here and are totally dishonest.

Refused to top up anything more than £20 via payzone as there are ?charges? he doesn?t benefit from & seemed very disinterested. I usually top up £50 each time with no issues in other places. Id love to give zero starts for the customer service. I will not be returning here!!

very racism. I just went to the shop and picked up some shopping and the guy running the shop kept shouting at me and being super unfriendly, calling me China all the way long. I did not talk at all or did anything. Its very unpleasant. It was not a joke and I pressed I was not happy with their behavior and this guy did not stop and elaborated his behavior. I did call anti racism for it and hope they are taking actions. Never again in this shop. It s a shame that there is no ranking lower than 1 star.

Went to John Snow shop in London W12 twice now. The owner refuses to allow customers to top up over £20 via PayZone, stating that he is not benefitting from anything more than that. When I stated that PayZone management requires that he does so the shopkeeper then said he does not care who I complain to. What kind of people are serving customers these days?

Great service from a lovely team - keeping Shepherd's Bush going in time of crisis. They are now delivering my paper as well - thank you!

Wow is this place expensive. If you're an alcoholic and desperate, you'll find it open. If you want to find somewhere cheaper, try a local pub

John Snow became a favourite newsagents of mine as a result of my love of the journalist/newsman/hero Jon Snow. It is the closest and most convenient shop for bread/milk emergencies for me and it suffices perfectly as such. It doesn't have a comprehensive selection of newspapers and magazines, and beyond emergency groceries the food is limited. What I really like about John Snow is the surprisingly excellent range of stationery available at the back of the cramped store. I get much joy from the tiny envelopes and various sticky tapes, but that's probably a personal thing.
