Massively impressed with customer service at this branch. I called in chasing a delayed delivery the lady serving went out of her way to help and I left with the boots I had waited over 2weeks for, at the online price and original order refunded. Thanks so much

I attended the Bluewater store for a pair of shoes which were not in stock. I asked the lady at Bluewater to check which stores had the wanted shoes, two stores had them in stock Holborn also one other, she was very helpful. I called Holborn on Thursday to request they are put to one side and I would collect on Friday. I left work early travelled an hour to get to Holborn, the train was delayed by 4 minutes which led me to arrive at Holborn station for 18.27 I called the store to mention the slight delay in which they agreed to wait a few minutes. I run down the high street arriving at 18.34. I met Marianna the assistant manager who then went to check for the shoes. She come back to ask ?did you pre order them or asked for them to be put to one side? long story short because the shoes were not preordered and they had ?cashed up? Marianna wouldn?t allow me to purchase the shoes because apparently this would ?mess up? the whole system. I have a very good understanding of the retail business and know this would not ?mess up? their system. I have been shopping at Jones for many years. The horrendous customer service also customer care I was horrendously shocked by. The time taken out of work to also travel and pay costs to then leave empty handed because of 4 minutes. I now have to get a family member to take time out of their day to return as the shoes are needed for tomorrow. Massively surprised Marianna is an assistant manager at your branch. Jones will most definitely not be at the top of list for future recommendations nor personal shopping.

Phoned up the customer services because nobody in any of the stores answers their phones. I was told I could get a refund on some shoe trees I bought by the woman in customer services. The side spring was not smooth enough and i was worried when it went in the shoe it was stretching it. The woman in customer services said so long as i had my receipt i could get a refund, I went to the Holborn store and was told I could not by the manager. she seem reluctant to give me a refund from the start and i got the feeling from her face a body language she did not want to issue a refund. she asked me if i wanted a replacement, to which i said no as i had found a better pair else where (maybe i should not have said this)I called the customer services line again and the woman told me it was he who i spoke to the first time round and that it was her who told me i could get a refund, but she did not seem apologetic or sorry in anyway for misinforming. Instead didn't want to continue the conversation as I "used bad language" which I did not. I Wasted my journey and travel money getting there and back.I had the proof of purchase and the card I payed with, I only bought them 2 or 3 days ago.Also when I originally we to one of there other stores to purchase the product the staff try exceptional hard to sell you things you don't need.Won't be going there again, the staff are reluctant to give u a refund.
