Not sure if it?s just understaffed or super slow but coming in to unlock my account after it got locked for a deposit payment processing. Can?t do anything online. Have to come in person and deal with a rather slow support process. Have had the account for a month and just consistent challenges with managing the account. Overall just doesn?t seem fit for online or quick banking services and requires a lot of patience to deal with. If you?re comfortable with / accustomed to online banking I?d suggest trying Barclays instead.

I have been a loyal customer of your bank for several years, and I am disappointed with the recent treatment I received from your staff.During my last visit to the branch, I encountered a few employees who were rude and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and did not provide me with the level of service I have come to expect from Lloyds Bank. I felt disrespected and frustrated with their behaviour.I understand that customer service is a crucial aspect of the banking industry, and I expect your employees to treat all customers with respect and professionalism. However, the behaviour of these particular employees has left a negative impression on me.

Had the worst experience at this branch today. Came in a week before to settle opening up my bank account and had minor problems due to the nature of the arrangement of my name as I am an international student. Came back today to finally get my bank account open and instead of just letting me know a missing document I needed, the lady that assisted me gave me a lecture on how the arrangement of my name is wrong and that it doesn?t fit into the culture in the UK, despite it being OFFICIALLY processed via the UK VISA and printed on my BRP. Extremely rude lady and unpleasant with no awareness of how rude she was to mention that the way my name works does not fit the proper naming system here. Regret not getting her name so I could give an official review into the customer service. Don?t ever visit this branch, lousy.
