Rude staff. Not helpful. Did not open the door for me when I had a heavy parcel but instead told me off for opening the door with the parcel in my hands. Very angry man working here. Scary. I won't be going back.

Londis is a great shop, you can find there a huge selection of products of good quality from different countries, the polish bread from Londis is much better than anywhere else, besides the prices are lower. And the guys working there are always very gentle. I like this shop and would recommend it to everyone .

Part of a chain of similar stores across the UK, Londis is one of the better off license options around. All manner of household goods can be found here, including food, drink, alcohol, tobacco, lottery tickets and more. Staff at this particular branch are always very efficient, though their friendliness declines at times simply because the shop is too busy. It's also a great place to get 'six for a fiver', or six 540ml beers for £5. Try saying "six for a fiver" fast after that! If a larger grocery store is not open or nearby, and this Londis is, I'd suggest a visit. Despite the nefarious quality of goods you sometimes find in off-licenses, Londis usually stocks recognisable brand names. And it's always fun trying to guess the cultural origins of some of the pickled varieties of food you'll find in-store. Warning: staff at this branch can be rude!

As far as a Londis store goes, you can expect the same thing -A sizeable selection of foods, papers, cigarettes, booze and a small selection of fresh fruit/veg. If you are desperate for a small number of products, then this is a handy place to stock up from, but the service is considerably more pleasant and prices cheaper at the neighbouring Off-License, which is privately owned.
