I must express my disappointment with Morleys department store in Tooting. The shopping experience was marred by constant and intrusive security surveillance. The security guard followed me around discreetly, and the staff seemed to scrutinise every item I picked up. This unwarranted suspicion created an uncomfortable atmosphere, making me feel like a potential criminal rather than a valued customer. A shopping environment should be welcoming, but sadly, my experience at Morley?s was anything but. I wouldn?t recommend this place at all. Very overpriced to top things off also!

It the first time in years I visited Morleys, I purchased a few items and my experience was enjoyable, staff were very helpful. Overall my experience was excellent.

I paid for my item and the payment went through as I got a notification from my banking app. The lady at the till made me come back and pay for the item again as supposedly there was an error and she did not get a printed receipt. Now that both payments are settled I have to waste my time going back to the store and try to get a refund. Absolute waste of time for some overpriced Christmas tissues.

I am a regular customer of Morley?s at Tooting Broadway. When moving house two years ago I literally bought my furniture, curtains and soft furnishings from the same store. I regularly buy things from this store. Today 16 December 16:35 I came to buy Christmas decorations and met curtains with my 9 year old daughter. From the time we arrived we were followed by the security man and two colleagues on every isle of the store.They made my 9 year old daughter very uncomfortable who noticed them coming all places we try to look.Not sure why but not good store to selectively decide to follow customers.Very rude.

What wonderful service in this shop! Went to get curtains and was served by lovely Elizabeth who was so friendly and personable and really helped us. Michelle who usually works on gifts helped when I forgot I needed extra curtains and wire after leaving the shop! Such friendly and kind service, even though the store was busy. Excellent customer service from these beautiful humans ??

At Morleys Tooting, they support micro & small businesses. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You find the funkiest tableware and furnitures there too.

I worked here for work experience last year and it was HORRIBLE!My life was put in danger, I was exposed to a gas leak for over 2 hours and a worker to fix it had to tell me to leave immediately. Once I went to the manager, she said ?oh sorry I forgot to tell you there was a gas leak?? SHE SENT ME THERE! I complained about being dizzy the whole day and she didn?t even bother to tell me?Another worker kept hyper watching me and would constantly give me criticisms for not having child toys ?perfectly straight.?. Since you?re such a perfectionist how about you do my job instead? And once the manager came around she asked me what she was doing and she responded with ?I?m helping her tidy up?. ?What. Do you not know how to tidy up??. I DO BUT THIS LADY IS TOO MUCH OF A CONTROL FREAK. They were nice to the other girl who worked there with me, who was WHITE by the way. They told her about the gas leak despite her job having nothing to do with the storage room, told her about staff ?parties? and were overall really nice people to her. The only thing nice about my work experience was the security guard.DO NOT SHOP THERE!
