can?t believe it is a muji store, staff here are very rude, especially downstairs'woman, forced to pay downstairs even the customer wanted to find other items upstairs. Muji in Japan is a good brand but in the UK is a nightmare. Price has been revised on the lab in this store, pretending to give a sales discount but the price after discount is same as the price in the store in Oxfords Street! The staff need to be trained again! Some of them show strong racial discrimination!

i love muji but my experience here was ehhh not great. the staff were a bit rude and unhelpful, and i didn't really feel welcome. i just left asap, but the store itself is fine. it's a small store, has a good selection, and its organised and clean.

My experience at this shop was disappointing.I was shocked to find out that they don't accept cash as a form of payment.This policy is completely unacceptable.As a customer, I expect the freedom and convenience of using cash, especially when it's a widely accepted method of payment.Not accommodating such a basic and commonly used option raises serious concerns about their customer-centric approach.On a positive note, the team is very friendly, and products are top quality...

Was in the queue to be told that they somehow don't accepting a cash for some reason , I did asked why and what I can do to being told that I have to coming back when I would have money onto my account ? Seriously ? This is disgusting , so I?ve left with nothing , disappointed like ready to cry , was so badly in needs for make up storage and some crisps to eat

Purchased an item a week ago which turned out to be defective; brought it in and the staff were super polite and helpful (even though the store was pretty busy) and sorted out a replacement without any fuss.

man i asked to buy a paperbag and the guys name who was at the door was alsberry he said it's 20p i said i'm gonna buy it then he says, you have to buy something else too. very bad service i need a reply asap from the manager as i'm working next door

The clothes look perhaps not very elegant, but they seem to be of good quality and the prices are decent, too. I was lucky to find pieces that were hard to come buy in other stores, and they even gave me a discount as the item I was looking for had sold out and all they could sell me was the samples.

Beautiful and great Muji located in Covent Garden.Well organised store over 2 floors. Wide variety of goods and well stocked. The clothes and linen is great it see with wide variety.The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped find what I was looking for quickly and efficiently.Great store overall.

I popped in hoping to pick up some of the fabulous MUJI socks that are often reduced/on sale. I wasn't disappointed as there were lots of reductions. The shop is always relaxed and the staff are pleased to help you find what you want. Always worth a visit. High quality Japanese at surprisingly low prices.
