Just been on the phone to the fraud team about a transaction that I would not have done, but because there is a big thing going on at the minute about a certain company billing people now for stuff as far back as may, the lady avoided helping me and insisted that it must of been me, and that it was done via contact less payment so it has to be me... but yet if someone cloned my card and put the card details into their phone the phone can be used to make a contact less payment... they have no interest in protecting your money, very poor service

I have been frauded by one of the customers of this bank. The bank took the funds back that were paid to me for a service. I gave this client more than double the time I normally give for this session. PayPal had key strokes, I.P. address to prove that she made payment to me and said they sent this to the bank. I also have proof that she paid me as well, screenshots of her sharing exactly when she paid me, then more messages thanking me for the session, plus a positive review she gave etc.. I have been trying to contact customer service regarding the issue for months with no response. I would like someone to contact about this. Please let me know where I can forward the evidence already sent to your customer service for review. ThX

Well I must say the staff was very helpful.I had very nice young man help me sorting out tranfering money from my bank account to my Nephew. He was very acompadating and want thank you for helping me.Then I had a lovely lady who help me setup online banking. Went in to report fraud issues with my credit card. Manager Sarah was first rate. Super helpful and understanding. Whatever she?s paid she deserves a pay rise.

I went in to this Branch yesterday to pay in a cheque for £200:00. There were two staff sat on open plan desks chatting away to each other. I waited for a while and when finally acknowledged I approached. When I said I wanted to pay in a cheque for £200 I was met with a sullen " yer can't ". I was then told that you can no longer pay in a cheque under £2000 to a cashier. You have to use a machine.The cashier had the same customer service skills as Little Britain's " computer says no". She was obviously annoyed that a customer had interrupted her chat with her colleague and made it plain that I was an irritant to her. Truly terrible service. I might look into moving my account to another bank.

I was greeted by a lady with blond hair who was very bubbly and helpful. That's the good part dealt with.Unfortunately the lady that was behind the counter was miserable, surly and totally unhelpful.I have banked with the Nationwide and the Anglia before for over 40 years and this was the worst customer service I have recieved from them.I would recommend the Nationwide but not this branch. The only reason I have given two stars is for the first lady, otherwise it would have been zero.

This is the worst bank I Have ever been with in all of my 86 yearsNot only do they purport to send out cards to people in dire need that takeI am now told up to a month regardless of need. I am too old and disabled to work so if I have to wait a month where will my money come from I have been told all day my card was sent out on the 6th of this month but later today I now find that if not true as I have been told it was only ordered on the 6th but maybe not even sent out yet on the 19/5/2020. I Have been told by some one that they could close my account right away well if that ill get the money the are holdingof mine that would not be a bad thing as the money I have in my accountwould grt mr through this sessin of the Corvid 19 I do hope that every one who have messed me about for the last month get Corvid 19.

Excellent service today from Tom! I tried to switch over my account on the phone for the past 2 hours - no luck! I pop into the branch 10 minutes before closing and Tom was on hand to help. Did it all within 15 minutes and didn't mind staying late. Thank you!
