Absolute hassle. The team here does not have a clue how to open new accounts. Was referred by a friend to switch here. Applied online and presented my passport at this branch. After weeks of radio silence, they have apparently lost my passport record and I had to go back 3 more times as they have also advise me thewrong proof of address to bring. Needless to sya after 3x, I had to walk away

very friendly and helpful Nationwide branch, has 3 cash machines inside. swapped from a Natwest account holder to Nationwide and its been great.
