Booked a face to face meeting after they called to check on some of my services with them. Scheduled for 10:00 today, drove 30 mins, took a half day off work, paid £6.50 on parking, arrived on time and nobody knows anything about this meeting. Turns out the NatWest rep I am meeting is not in today, but didn?t bother to email, text or cancel the meeting in advance.Really poor service and left really bad taste with NatWest overall as it was just as bad when you call them.Only redeeming factor was the lady who attended me that offered to help with any initial questions but could not have the meeting.

AVOID BANK/CASH MACHINES/ CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Tried using cash machine. Machine counted the funds then returned an error message, printed a recipt saying funds not deducted.. when I checked again it shows funds deducted. Tried calling the number on the cash machine to report the issue. And was rudely told that it's not their problem and I need to speak to the card support team to fill out a form. That could take over 2 weeks to get a response from... AVOID THIS HORRIFIC excuse of a bank, AND DODGY CASH MACHINES. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE SO FAR!

Today I was waiting for advice from the desk on the left when you come in. It had only been a couple of minutes when a NatWest man came out to help with the small queue.I have hearing issues and was quite distressed from the sirens and loud noises outside the bank. This may have been visible because the man tactfully asked if wanted to go into the side room for the query.I was very grateful for this kindness. I was finding it extremely difficult to hear or focus while my ears adjusted again but he was so patient and didn't pressure me or make me feel bad.I've been with NatWest since a teenager (my first bank) and though I've swapsied around with other banks, I love the way they treat their customers so I'll probably never leave!

What a rude customer service ... They used to be so good and nice. They treated people with such patience. Now I had a totally different experience, in fact the lady said I am just wasting her time by not filling the cheque... I mean really? I am not really familiar with certain procedures hence why I go to the Bank. To the bank where our Family keeps their finances. And to be honest I do wait for my round every time I visit so maybe I do deserve some time from you for my finances too. The management should train their staff how to approach their customers otherwise very soon they will lose their custom...

It use to be a good branch but with the new staff... looks like they picked the worse they had in NatWest and dropped them there to have a reason to close that branch as well. Not rude, stupidly rude staff.

Great staff , we're amazing during the pandemic . Great range of products . Cash points inside and out . Masks required and sometimes a queue. The only local Nat West .

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Current AccountsThe issue that I have experienced was: Bank decided to close my account without any notice or explanation on the 13th December.Never used overdraft, always pay my bills on time and have over £2,000 available.When i call them regarding my balance, they said to come to the Branch or they would send it home by cheque.No letter or cheque arrived, so today the 8th of January i came to my branch in golders green. When asked for help the support said they need to call head-office to unfreeze my account so they can issue a cheque.After 5min they came back and said they called the office and they need another 14days to review my account!Not happy with this resolution i asked for the phone number and call this number myself from the branch phone. After literally 2hours of waiting on the phone, no one answer the call.Plan B complaint online through resolver.co.ukConclusion TRUST NO BANKS with your hard worked money.

Very bad service, I came there about 12:54 pm Wednesday and this Bald dude was very rude, very unprofessional and uninformed about how to do his job, couldn?t help me at all, the service was terrible, can?t use my bank online because of him. I hardly not suggest this NatWest branch

DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. VERY DISMISSIVE. SELF ENTITLED BANK TELLERS AND VERY LAZY.YOU NEED TO LEAVE YOUR JOB IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY. YOU DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE A JOB. OTHERWISE, YOU NEED TO GO ON A TRAINING COURSE HOW TO HANDLE YOUR CLIENTS PROPERLY. BE RESPECTFUL AND BE MORALLY FUT FOR THE ROLE.TWO FAT MALE STAFF TODAY WAS RUDE TO AN OLD CLIENT. SAW IT AND HEARED IT.
