Surprisingly bad customer service and can see others have had the same experience. The branch at Bank is about a thousand times better. Only 2 staff, the elderly man is rude and aloof. Keeps you waiting while talking to a friend for about 10 minutes about a branch closing down. The other staff member is unhelpful at best. Mystery internal processes do not match information on Natwest website.

Waited for a long time in the queue to be told there weren't enough staff to authorise a transaction! Waste of time.

Huge bank, only two staff.15 minute wait to get cash out on a quiet weekday. The final reason to bank with a ?high street bank? has disappeared

About the worst banking experience one can have - held a Society account with them for years originating from this branch, yet they unilaterally close the account with no communications to that effect which had a knock on effect our on business).Arrive in branch to request assistance and get handed a random Natwest business services number and a firm no for any further help. Unsurprisingly have been hung up on 4x by the number now - zero responsibility or efforts to assist

I've had problems with Natwest in the past, so was a little sceptical about going into branch. However I was super impressed with the team at Gracechurch street! I was looked after the minute I walked through the door. My issues were address firstly on the branch floor and then I was taken into a side room, where the wonderful Nas took the upmost care to listen to my concerns, previous issues incurred with Natwest and then managed to not only resolve them but almost give me some pretty good advance. Nas was quick, efficient and excellent; I have never been the most confident person with personal finances but feel a massive weight off my shoulders after today. Massive thank you to Nas and the Gracechurch branch staff!

Spacious bank, staff was very attentive to my concerns, I appreciate the reassurance but still a slow process.

The vast size of this branch is depleted by the arbitrary system of signing up on a piece of paper onto a queue with a member of staff. Despite there being more staff than customers, the wait time to simply get a card reader was still 20 minutes, only to be told that there were no card readers in stock.

This bank has 4 desks at which to serve customers for simple cash in/ cash out type business, and a further 3 areas to sit and talk to customers for more complex business.

It's a bank. Does what it says on the tin

Massive branch in the heart of the City, that for some reason every member of staff is only employed there to tell you you need to do all non-cash business online. Seems none of drones can, or will help with anything. All-in-all rather pathetic!

Lady asked me to bring in documents, so I did. Next thing you know she didnt show up and the old man says i need to update documents which I clearly donâ??t then makes me wait for no reason. He apologised and said he would give me â??£10â?? for the â??inconvenienceâ??. Clearly shows how stupid this place is. Didnt bother opening a bank with them. Waste of time and staff are rubish.
