Excellent branch!? Open, which strangly many aren't, one in Tottenham Court Road was closed at lunch time.? Quick service with several machines? Good seating area and water machine for customers, I appreciated that touch! Even though it was leaking when I used, and I made a spillage ?... But NatWest lady to the rescue!? Jennifer, NatWest lady was amazing, very helpful even though she was busy and whilst many wouldn't be happy I'm bothering them as they are busy, she was lovely I appreciated it and her!Excellent branch! Thanks Jennifer, a credit to NatWest ?

Great customer service. I came in at 12:30pm on a Tuesday, the branch was almost empty so I had a relaxing time. Imran, who served me, was super helpful in solving the loads of complex queries I had. 10/10!

Horrible service .. expect more professionalism in the city of London as its the financial hub of the U.K. Was waiting for someone to correct an issue.. who turned out to go and sort something out .. didn?t come back for a while . Was then shrugged off by one of there staff called Sutinder tuor. Who later never apologised for what had happened . Avoid this bank

The Bank Manager was on shift today was very rude and unprofessional,. He needs training on Customer Service and Diversity Awareness Course. Really shocked as to how he walked away from me saying just saying 'no' I was embarrassed in front of all the other customers. Really appalling and disappointed for branch manager to serve their customers this way !!

Since where in a pandemic and all banks are closing early or being shut down this branch in Moorgate should be first to go. The staff are slow and not trained and therefore always waist your time and don?t deal with any problems you have. This branch doesn?t even deserve 1 star!I went to cash a cheque from my business account which I have been doing for the last 12 years with NatWest. On arrival the black lady who was serving me had no idea what to do, after asking her manager and him explaining how to process the transaction she still didn?t understand and proceeded to tell me that apparently a manager had to sign it off even though that wasn?t explained to her by her own manager while I was standing there.After leaving me waiting in the bank for 30 minutes and no manager to be seen after she then decides that apparently the name on my account was spelt differently and she had to double check, funny that such a big bank wouldn?t have picked up on this sooner then 12 years even though this wasn?t the case. She made no effort to help me and I left frustrated and left to go to another branch in Liverpool street. They processed my transaction in under 5 minutes and where very polite they even apologised for the other branches wrong doings but this means nothing, they also confirmed that the names on all my accounts were correct as the have been for the last 12 years.I won?t be going back to this branch and suggest that anyone who needs assistance with any kind of banking does not go to this branch as they are unwilling to help and will fob you off with any excuse to get rid of you.

I found the service was real good, the staff where helpful. .How ever phonehelp line was unable to help me. I am caught oversea during the pandemic, can not access my account. I called several times but did not get any results. James Crozier EC1

Google Maps opening times are wrong and I saw a dozen people come by and have to leave because of it.How can it be that a small corner shop can keep their Google Map opening times updated, but a bank can?t. Moving my account within the next few months, it?s just one thing too many. They have zero respect for their customers. ?

Talks about "supporting customers through the crisis" but closes branches, reduces hours from 10am to 1pm, won't process address changes or account opening forms. Totally useless.

Staff just look at you when you walk in. No hello, don't tell you were to wait. Regretting the switch already, Lloyds actually had customer service.

The phone number won't get you in contact with the branch. 40 minutes call to get the money the cash machine took to get only the second person to tell my I need to go there.
