This Natwest has been converted from the old-style bank with tellers to an open space, modern lounge type bank. There's still a few manned standing desk stations in the corner for your typical banking needs.

Very helpful staff. They performed a transfer that i was not able to do via online banking as i had locked it out.

I was served here nice and quickly when I went in to show some ID. Then two weeks later I got a call saying I need to go in to a different branch to show the same ID. Again. How hard can it be.
