Julie at this branch is miserable as sin and understandably must be looking forward to retiring any day now, but the other (possibly new) lady working there is great. Helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make my transaction simple.

Came in with 2 cheques during lunch break, the old grey haired employee(unfortunately didn't catch her name) was asking so many stupid questions especially saying the names dont exactly match (one check had my middle name in). Showed her my driving liscense and she was still moving ignorant. Went to my other bank they chequed in no quistions. Another occasion i wanted to take out money from savings only to be asked a thousand and one quistions by the same lady regarding what im going to do with the money etc. She makes it a problem to put in money and problem to take out!Everyone is very nice, which is dissapointing that she brings that down.

The one star is for the tall black man who stepped in and helped me when the young Indian man and a young lady were both the rudest people I have ever met in a bank! The arrogance and attitude was unbelievable if they treat a pensioner who was correct in what she was saying can be treated like she was stupid and that they know better when they weren?t even listening than god help the branch! The nice tall back member of staff treated me with respect and confirmed what I was saying apologised and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. That?s how it is done! I?m sorry he has to work with two very arrogant rude people. I shall never use this bank again!

Extremely rude to elder customers. Did not listen to my mother and shouted at her answering a question that was not even asked! She was asking about using the new card online as she had gone to the branch to activate the card with a PIN. They are shouting that ATMs dont use contactless instead of being quiet and listening to the customer's question and not assuming they are stupid. I will be helping her to switch to a different bank where customer service is a thing as this is beyond disrespectful. I feel sorry for any customer using this branch.

The guy in charge is very rude and has a bad attitudes towards customers.I've asked help with depositing a check as I couldn't do it through the machine, and instead of saying something like <let me help you, I can show you how to do it>, he replied in such an arrogant way <Are you sure it doesn't work? I'm sure you've done it wrong cause most of the people don't know how to use the machine>. I had choosen the wrong option when I did it on my own, but there's no need to be arrogant and point the finger making me feel stupid. Staff should be caring and helpful.I was so upset, I've deposited my check and left straight away without even looking at his name...Such an awful experience! It's not yhe first bad experience with Natwest staff, I will be closing my account soon.

1 Star because I could not go any lower.Extremely rude staff.I went in for the bank statement which I needed for an official use. I was told I cannot get any older than 3 months. When I told the cash lady that I have taken a print of over 3 months before from my bank she said it's not possible.I argued my point again that I need it as it's a requirement and I have used it before so please check on the system.She agreed and said "I know I am right but I will check on the system for you"On her computer, After looking that she can print off from last six months, she was embarrassed but decided to stood firm on her point and said oh well that's FIVE months not SIX. She told me to get it printed from Snapies? I asked her why should I pay someone to do it when I am at the bank? She replied because we can't print of more than 20 pages ? I mean ...Horrible, extremely disgusted and wondering why no one takes action against them.

Loosing a customer today. I have been more and more disappointed by the service given by NatWest since I opened the account. Coming from Australia my bank recommend yours and now I have told them not to any more. You can't seam to provide the basis services like when you upgrade your banking up (test it to make sure it works) and when I need documentation signed to very my ID ( again a basic services as a customer) you're staff make it out to be impossible and difficult and do not fully full the request. Custom service is not existan and disappointing. I'm glad I have discovered this before the purchase of our next home here in the UK!
