Friendly staff. Shop well organised and stocked. The product I needed was available to view and try. Down fall, staff presence was lacking if customers wanted assistance. Overall, it was a great place to shop!

I was in Grace church St and was served By Kieran. I received exceptional, friendly and warm service. Keiran is an asset to the team who needs to be promoted. I’ll certainly be returning. Also, there was great stock and the store was very tidy

Good selection, but the staff needs better training. I always say "hi, how are you?" to any customer service staff in any store I shop. Here, I was ignored, and the staff did not bother to stop their conversation at the check-in to acknowledge me. When they finally spoke to me, they asked about my email.
