Exceptionally rude staff. Would not accept my parcel return, even though this shop is an authorised Evri parcel store. I explained how coming in is difficult, as I had left work especially. Coming outside of work hours is impossible as I have a toddler, and can?t manage the buggy and the parcel. Staff member was very unsympathetic, impolite and unhelpful. I had to carry the bulky parcel 20 minutes back home.

Extremely appalled by the way we spoken to last night. Not the biggest shop in the world but lots to choose from. Then being told to hurry up because there is some other customers. We are also customers and to be talked to the way we were last night is totally unacceptable. Customer service definitely needs attention.

When traveling, I like to find a good spot for some beer, wine or snacks. This was a good stop for us as they filled those requirements.I don't always love reviewing convenience stores. After all, they are built for convenience and not for customer service, vast selection, etc. But this one was a little bit better than most.But overall, there was nothing special. But they did fulfill what we needed. So no real praise and no real criticism. Which is why I give it three stars because it was just ok.

Although it looks small from the outside this is an Aladdins Cave of goods.Well situated for Tower Suites, if you are staying there make this your go to place for supplies.

We went in recently and ordered two small flat whites. The young girl said ?in mugs? I said no just in cups. Then she asked if I wanted cappuccinos. This went on for some time then I saw scones in the counter and I asked her how are they served and the young girl said ? on a plate?. I asked for jam and cream and the cream was out of a pressure pack can. Poor customer service from staff comes from lack of training. In this case it was very true. The manager in pink hair was there all the time but took no interest in what was going on as she had her mobile phone stuck in her ear the whole time. Poor supervision and poor training led this poor staff member to make endless mistakes. Easy to fix.
