“I came into the store last week after having a very bad day, I was helped by a lovely young lady, Iqra. She approached me and asked if I needed any help. I am a complete novice when it comes to skincare and makeup, but she talked me through and recommended me products I may need. Her confidence and knowledge on products was really impressive! She color matched me perfectly which is quite difficult as I can never find anything accurate for my skin tone. Unfortunately, one of the products had been out of stock, but I definitely will be back as I work in the area. Thanks again Iqra, your warm presence and kindness really lifted my spirit that afternoon!! x”
