The staff here are always very friendly and helpful, especially with international shipping and postage. Robert in particular is always so knowledgeable and helps sort out what?s the easiest and fastest way to do everything. It?s the best post office in the area

I came to exchange old 20£ banknotes which went out of circulation last year. I was helped by Anna, she was extremely nice to me. I had a bit too much cash to exchange at the post office counter Anna exchanged as much as it was possible and pointed out some options what to do with the rest of the cash (like changing it in the BofE). Everything took less than 2 minutes! Thanks Anna

I had some of the older, paper-style banknotes from a previous trip to the UK and needed to exchange them for the newer plastic money. This branch is one of the handful of post offices in London that will allow exchanges without a deposit account. I was bracing myself for a long wait and painful procedure, but to my happy surprise at 4 pm on a Thursday there was hardly any line and a friendly customer service agent named Anna was able to help me quickly. I was probably in and out in 5-10 minutes! If you?re a tourist like myself who needs to exchange banknotes, this is a great spot, not far from the British Museum.

Pleased with the service. Anna has explained about EURO card which you can top up and use without carrying cash. She also advised to take kids to Disney Land by Eurostar and travel insurance/discounts.Friendly staff. Today Tony helped to send the parcel and engaged kids in using the machine and sekf service. They definitly had fun and wanted to come back:)?
