Brought my work colleagues for a business meeting and the dark male barista serving ( from an African origin with black short hair ) on Thursday 7th March was extremely rude . This is not the first time and decided not to make a review but have had enough . He needs to be taught how to speak to customers . Our office no longer go there when he?s serving .

It's Pret you generally know what your getting from on shop to the next but the staff are always a delight ?. I do love a Pret tuna sandwich with a decaffeinated coffee.

The staff is very rude. I visited many other stores, all have good and same taste at pret no doubt abt dat but this store should look after the staff and train them for customer interaction.!!
