Pret is becoming a rip-off.£ 3.50 per cappuccino and then the cup is filled only 75%. This was my last visit. There are better and cheaper independents around.

Canterbury - sausage in the cheese toastie (not great for a vegetarian with a meat product intolerance). Worse still however was being told ?I don?t know how that could have happened? instead of ?I?m really sorry, you have our apologies, how can we put this right?? I guess this company is not really bothered with training and ensuring attention to detail. Astonishing given Pret?s recent problems with food labelling. Best avoided.

Enchanting service by Manager Theo, who was polite & courteous throughout our business brunch. We felt absolutely at home, though Trafalgar Square was bustling with tourists & travelers. The Matcha Latte was exquisite & refreshing.Definitely need to visit again.Kid-friendliness: Excellent customer service

Extremely rude crew, no smile, seems always angry when asking a thing or buying. Made my drink very badly which never happened to me in any of the other pret. Very deceived.

I wanted to take the time to outline the very good I received today from Harry and Theo. Despite being left alone to handle dozens of customers and a very crowded shop, they made everyone feel welcome with their smiles, laughs and jokes. Everyone was having a good time and queueing up to get a time to talk with them, it seemed. There was such a good ambiance in the shop, it really changes from the usual days in pret! Thank you again for keeping your stress for yourself and being professional and welcoming.

Located opposite the National Portrait Gallery. Suitable for a short coffee, sandwich or something sweet break. A huge selection of sandwiches, packaged salads and soft drinks. Very rude, the girl attendant. Unfriendly. She didn't thank me, she didn't tell me if I had to wait for the coffee I ordered and just finish serving me, she didn't look at my face and went to the next customer. That is, not good morning, not a bit of sympathy, not even "thank you." You need to review the level of professionals you hire to work, they seem to be lazy and unwilling. That causes rejection in the clientele. Other than that, the coffee was good and the food was very good.

I?ve been having breakfast with Pret before work a lot lately and I get the same thing everytime.I was charged £5 instead of the £3.45 I normally get. I would?ve liked to have to been made aware of the changes to the price before I bought it. Especially on the display.

I come here often during the week and staff is always very friendly even on really busy hours however this morning I felt customer service was very poor.I asked for a decaff coffee and the employee said "we don't have decaff" and simply stared at me without saying anything else. It was 7:15 am and only me and another person to order.I thought and explanation like: "sorry we have run out of it today or the coffee machine is broken" it would have been nice. Also, and alternative from her side would be welcome too instead of me having to ask ask for something else. Just wanted to bring this to your attention as just a little empathy would have made such a big difference.
