This is my local pret and usually the staff are very attentive. We went in for an iced latte on NYD and kindly asked the male server if they could put in the sweetener with the espresso so it dissolves better. It took 10 mins to get an espresso. Their coffee machines are not working properly for last two weeks (they didn’t work for 4-5 days and they didn’t serve coffee for 4-5 days). I am not blaming the employees. Pret couldn’t replace or fix coffee machines for two weeks.
