Very pleasant shopping experience, nothing pushy, not rushed. I was offered to walk around the house and return/change the pair if not right. Not expecting to be doing that but a nice gesture nevertheless.

Bought 2 pairs of blacksmiths online, both sizes didn't fit. So decided to visit the store and get my feet measured. James let me try on multiple sizes and models. Turns out my size was in the middle of the two I bought. So glad I visited, thanks for all of your help James.

Nothing wrong with the shoes but the staff couldn't be less interested if they tried. The first guy finished his shift in the middle of our conversation and literally walked away without any handoff. The second guy was equally disinterested and unhelpful. Buy online and save yourself a trip.

Highly recommended. I emailed James to ask about an issue with my 4 year old Red Wing boots. James offered to resole the boots for free! His cobblers did an exceptional job and now I feel as though I have a brand new pair. Amazing work. I am so grateful. Thank you!

A short review about an exceptional brand... I purchased a new pair of Red Wing boots from their Newburgh Street store in London in 2023 to replace an even older pair that had developed a persistent squeak in the heel arch ( time and punishment are probably to blame). When I mentioned the problem to the store manager, James, he offered to take a look at the boots and organise a repair if it was possible. It took me a few months, but I duly returned them to Red Wing. A couple of weeks later, my old boots arrived on my doorstep with a brand new sole and arch, delivered to me polished and restored. I really appreciate such a thorough level of customer care, partly because Red Wing was under no obligation to help me out and more especially as I now have a choice once again between my black Red Wing boots and my newly non-squeaking brown Red Wings. I?m a very happy customer, and I will return. Thanks, James and Red Wing!

The best boots. You absolutely get what you pay for. Amazing build and design. I have three pairs now - a Low Mock Toe, High Mock Toe, and my latest - the Iron Ranger in Black. I've had the Iron Ranger 4 days and they are wearing in beautifully with no soreness or blisters. Red Wings often take a little wearing in so take it easy for the first couple of weeks - ie don't go for a hike in the,. I've had the Mock Toes 12 years now, a resole on each provided by Red Wing, and still going strong and looking better with age.

Purchased a pair of classic moc toes in the store. The guy assisting me was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products, and measured my feet properly. I'm really glad that I went into the store, rather than ordering online, as I needed a much smaller size than I usually get.

Fantastic service from James at the London store. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions and issues that I have had. Although there were some issues with the boots themselves, this was quickly resolved once I was in contact with James.
