I was looking for some formal clothes and found exactly that. There was a nice blue velvet dress that I bought, and a black blazer. There was a v neck top that really suits me. Trousers were a problem. It would be better if they have a size two, or at least make the smaller sizes trousers shorter, because all the trousers were too long and too big.

Just walked into this store and was not greeted or asked if I needed help by either of the two staff members. Very arrogant.

Lovely clothes. Staff were pleasant but not a single smile. It looks like they couldn?t wait to get out of there. Not a totally nice shopping experience. Could?ve been a lot better.

I like Reiss as a brand, lovely products albeit quite expensive, but was shocked at how poor my store experience was.The service was poor. I was not greeted nor offered any help at all. I didn't mind as I was only after a linen shirt but I saw other customers desperately help, only to be completely ignored by the staff there.I would usually expect there to be a drop-off in service on a Summer weekend in London as the footfall tends to be greater. However there was an equal number of staff to customers so there was no excuses.To top it all off, the price was upped from the label at the till. Label said £98 and was upped to £110. Shocking! Had my friends not been present and trying to enjoy the day, I would have lost my head.

Poor staff having to work under a surly, dead-eyed boss, the guy with the beard who seems to rule with an iron fist and employs his rather gormless son with long hair. The boss character lied to my face about sorting a refund for items ordered to store that never arrived. When I was forced to return days later to remind him he had promised to refund me he grunted, broke eye contact and dealt with the refund with reluctance. He made no apology or acknowledgement of his error - sign of a narcissistic personality disorder that he can't accept his own failings. He made me feel like an inconvenience when in fact he was inconveniencing me massively due to his barefaced lies. What a disgrace to this brand and prestigious location. I'll shop at reiss again, just never on long acre. Steer well clear of this car crash experience, or pray one of the next cer staff deal with you.

Extremely rude staff and ridiculous customer service. This afternoon, staff forgot to remove security from a dress my mum purchase. She went back to ask them to remove the security tag and the male staff and "manager" on shift were extremely rude. They did not apologise for the error, and in a rude tone asked whether my mum still wanted the dress or not. The male staff then said " they were really busy" despite there only being one other customer in store at the time. My mum was very upset and felt disrespected despite her having to make a double trip due to a staff error. She asked to speak to the manager, and the female staff at the till responded and said that she was the manager. At no point did anyone apologise to my mum instead the male staff said to my mum that she should "get out of the store and you are not welcome". This is not how anyone should be treated especially when the issue was due to staff not checking for tags.

Avoid due to the staff, the guy at the till was too busy speaking in what sounded like Spanish to his coworker rather than attend to the customers. To make matters worse he was both rude and arrogant which was hilarious for me to see as the workers in the other clothing stores on the same road had no problem with being courteous and friendly. The experience I had in this store has now completely put me off this brand if I?m honest, and it?s a shame as my experiences in other Reiss stores in the past had been excellent.

If it were possible to give no stars this review would be more accurate. This shop without doubt is the worst retail experience ever. I found a black pair of trousers asked if I could try them. The assistant didn?t seem bothered either way. They were £98 & I wanted to pay for them in cash. Oh the horror on the assistants face ! Almost like I asked her to give me a pint of blood !!! I was told they didn?t keep change so could not give me the £2 change.I spoke to the manager. How he got a job I don?t know ? When I put the question to him as to the cash he lifted his eyebrows rolled his eyes gave the loudest sigh. All without looking up from his phone ???? & then said ?Yeah we don?t do that? I asked him if he had experienced the notion of banks who had cash readily available, he just repeated that they didn?t do that. Not once did he look up from his phone.Customer service does not exist here.I don?t thing I have known such ignorance or disinterest.No sale. Reiss. This is a strange policy.

Visited the Long Acre store to buy a T-shirt & was served by Oliver - very helpful, professional, charming, & it was nice to be served by an assistant who seemed to be genuinely interested in providing good customer service.

Very poor customer service, walked into the store to pick up a suit I ordered, no meet and greet. I stood by the upstairs desk for 5 mins waiting and the store was empty while the shop assistant ignored us. Asked to use the toilet and got told there is a pret opposite I can use.Never visit again and won't recommend
