My go to place for AV HiFi hardware for many years. Recently bought a Sonos amp from them but unable to set it up due to the nightmare Sonos software..the store recommended Michael Green. He came a day later and sorted everything out professionally. Very grateful.

Very helpful bunchTried on several pairs from £75 Seinnheisers to £308 SonysEnded up going for the £279 Bowers and Wilkins , as once I?d heard the difference spending a bit could make I couldn?t look back. The whole purpose of visiting was to make this evaluation, rather than trial and error online orderingStaff were exceedingly helpful, allowing me to try three pairs (some models repeatedly) to make a decisionWhen I went to purchase, I pointed out that on John Lewis / Argos the market price had come down - they gave me an additional £10 discount on top of matching the market price.Can recommend

Great experience with Richer Sounds, and shout out to Darren, Brendon and the whole team.The best is the ability to test speakers with your own music in a dedicated demo room (I suggest booking a slot in advance) - this allows to make an informed decision and is obviously a LOT better than trying to play music in a noisy store.Very friendly and patient staff, knowledgeable, not pushing for a sale.No brainer for me as you can test equipment, get expert advice, all at the best prices (given their lowest price guarantee). Highly recommended for anyone considering upgrading their sound - trust me, it?s worth it.

Outstanding Customer Service, Judy is very kind and professional, she showed me three floor standing speakers and I bought the Dali Oberon 5. Steve is also very kind and professional, he gave me assistance because I had difficulty to connect the speakers to the amplifier. I highly recommend Richer Holborn in London.
