I had a wonderful experience walking into rituals yesterday. I was greeted by a lovely member of staff named Tiana. She was so informative, patient and helpful. She helped me to pick out the perfect gift for my sister in law. 5/5 experience, all thanks to Tiana. Exceptional customer service!

Had a very kind young lady (i think her name Montaz if i?m not mistaken) help me pick a gift for my sister in law?s baby shower. she was very helpful and took her time with helping me find the perfect present. it really makes the difference when sales assistants ensure the customers have a good shopping experience. the store was well organised aswell and had a wide variety of stock

Fantastic customer service; fantastic store experience! Was served with iced tea upon entry, sales assistants were quick to help with information about the offers, the lady at the till was probably the loveliest shop assistant I?ve ever met! Left the store with what I wanted, a bit more and some freebies on top of that! Winning! ??

Rituals Westfield W12 - bad customer service.Visited 10/01/23 around 7pm. Three very rude members of staff chatting away behind the till. No effort whatsoever was made to engage with the customers. I just walked away and won?t be coming back
