Ordered something 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t been sent yet despite being in stock. Customer service is pretty much none existent.

Pathetically poor customer service! Received a $200 Stones jacket that I ordered online, but it is too big - despite what the specs say on the website. Now, I can’t get any response from customer service to arrange for an exchange. The company is not replying to my emails and there is no customer service number to call.... read full comment

I was so excited to find out there's a Rolling Stones store in Carnaby St! It's worth checking out if you're a fan as there's lots of cool merch, records, images and design work throughout the store. It's an awesome experience even if you don't intend on purchasing anything.
