Extremely limited selection of food, the most incompetent store staff I have ever seen, and very poor fridges - some meat is already bad before you buy it so watch out. I prefer to go to the Aldi nearby instead!

AVERAGE LOCAL. AVERAGE SELECTION. LIKE ALL THESE LOCAL TYPE SHOPS. Tesco/Coop ect. BASIC ITEMS. "if the shelves were actually fully stocked" !!!!

Very good staff and very helpful people working in there, I'm satisfied with the service they give always and I always get alternative services. All the managers are great, everything I will say a big Wow ??!

Very poor customer service from the management there. The previous managers were much more customer focused. They have a broken door alarm system, that goes off everytime I leave the store. I've asked them what is causing it, by no one can give me a definitive answer. They just say 'it's OK'. I've asked one of the managers about it and their reply was 'What do you want me to do about it? We're waiting for head office to come and fix it', but it's been over 3 months now. Having to deal with this every few days is extremely embarrassing and frustrating! I've been going there since they've opened, but i won't be visiting this shop again. Another company, who actually appreciates their customers, can take my custom instead.

One of the better locals with a free from range shelf. Usual fruit, veg, bakery, etc. And also costa coffee. Thereâ??s around 8 self checkouts but at least 2 always seem to be faulty.

Nice little store. Needs more staff and have to do something about having just about 5 different selection of sandwiches .....for sainsbury's that is poor ! Otherwise quite convenient

Nice little store, but the team need to keep the fresh bakery stock rolling in the morning. Every morning I'm greeted with empty baskets, and very little top up action in the back.

Bought few salads, olives, and nice IPA beers. Bottled hand crafted beers are very cheap here, you get under 2 pounds, where as water bottle is almost of the same price. Lots of fresh food and other stuff. Visitors to London, pick beers and alcohol here.

Staff very helpful, however choice of food items was not brilliant. It is a small store however so this is to be expected... Only issue i had was that the till point (self service) was not accepting coins, or notes, which was frustrating
