Very unhelpful staff! Nectar card cannot scanned from the phone, the staff opened the staff page for you to input yourself! Missing barcode to scan , the staff asked you to get back the barcode by yourself and he will look after your valuables (who will allow?!) And if you asked for the staff name, he said ?you do not need my name!? , when you asked for manager, the manager is not here!What an ?outstanding? shopping experience!

Normally pop in here in the morning for pastries, and at lunchtimes.Pastries always relatively fresh, and on a few occasions a new batch out of the oven.A good selection is always available for the standard £3.50 meal deal, and a selection of limited editions for £5 too, which adds to the choice.Quick and hassle free for what I am going in store for.

Very unpleasant experience here due to the "store manager" named Giass. He was extremely rude and self righteous. The way he spoke to me displayed a lack of decency let alone customer service. People who behave like this should not be working in retail. I certainly won't be going back here. Bad look for a good store.

Staff are nice and helpful but self checkout is really poor. E.g. today my donuts scanned as 'gift card not recognised'. Then again a total and all to common refusal to scan the barcode on my Nectar app. This is on top of Sainsbury's market-leadingly-awful machines, characterised by laggy software, and total inability to deal with customer bags, or several different loose items in one bag (e.g. croissant and cinnamon swirl). For a Supermarket which is quite good on things like selling loose vegetables, the machines are remarkably unsuited. Meanwhile customers are presented with passive- aggressive screens replaying every move at an odd angle. My annoyed Sainsbury's grimace stares back at me yet again...

they reduce prices of fresh goods regularly by placing a yellow sticker on them but the goods still scan at the original price at all the tills then you have wait for staff - if you can find any - to come and correct it most of whom speak poor English and give me an insincere apology as it happens nearly every day! Low quality supermarket only use of nothing else is open.....

Freshly squeezed orange juice - not recommend that all. I don't feel great after drinking that juice. Left taste of chemicals in my mouth. I wonder if oranges has been washed before used for machine.

very disappointed' and management they refuse me to serve me, the customer service was disgraceful.. all because i went in my uniform on and needed to replenish some stocks we ran out off... this was uncalled for.. in business we are meant to be helping each other out and tearing each other down... they forced me to leave without my goods.. i was told i was not a customer
