The 5 stars are for the exceptional service of Nathaniel working at Samsung Selfridges on Tuesday around 16h.First of all, being greeted quickly and with a smile is not something I saw in Selfridges(it is supposed to but it is lacking in most of the shop's workers). He was professional and helped with something I thought was impossible! I can't thank him enough for his help and if you need a new phone DEFO I'll say to go with him and you won't regret buying your phone with him! Thank you!!

I would give 6 * ,costumer service 110%,the manager and one her staff give to me the best support they could to resolve my problem and the manager did go to the extra step to replace my broken piece of my phone,she took the brooked piece from a new phone , to replace in my phone and free of charge .Instead of sending me to a Samsung repeat shop in Tottenham Court Road.And the guy who assisted was also very polite,helpfully.I can't say how great full I'm to that fantastic ladyThe Samsung is in duck Street inside Selfriges.I went to the same shop in Stratford, and they did nothing they couldn't care less, costumer service 000000.Ph

I am very disappointed with this store. I would expect to find any gadgets or accessories related to samsung mobiles like mine Galaxy 21 Ultra , but unfortunately, only this years model is related, like other models didn't exist.They actually told me to go to Curry's! ?Terrible service!

I bought 2 mobile phone for my business ( £2400 ) and one of them came with a big scratch on the camera - Samsung S23+. It will take them now 10 days to have my return process then another 10 days to send a new device mobile phone. In total 20 days without a mobile phone.When you buy online you cannot return an item even in their official Samsung stores.Worst customer experience ever.

Awful experience at Samsung at Selfridges. I politely approached a middle aged male staff member with a question about the Neo G9 monitor which was on display. The male staff member first blanked my question and when I approached him and repeated my question again, he told me to "just go and read the specs yourself". I also saw him brush another lady's question off while I was there. What then, is the point of having that staff member station at Samsung when he was so rude and unwilling to help anyone who approached him? Utterly rude and unhelpful. I ended up popping across to see other brands and ended up having a nice chat on the other monitors with two very lovely non-Samsung staff members. No surprises there, I ended up deciding to go with an LG. Basic courtesy in service *can* actually make the difference. I hope Samsung's management can look into this staff member.

Location - 5th floor at Harrods. Not easy to find for the first timer.Display items - I believe high end items only displayed.Pricing - You will get better discounts online.People - One lady was friendly. Other staff seemed disinterested.I had ordered from samsung website. Went there to collect. I was promised an email when item is ready to be collected. However, no emails, no phone calls. Once I went there, the collection was smooth.

Sell faulty products and don't provide refund or a new replacement even though Samsung it self confirmed the phone had a system problem and that they were notified of the issue within 28 days. Despite being eligible for a refund/replacement samsung refused to adhere to it even though a relative who purchased the same phone during the same time experienced and he experienced the exact same issue he was provided with a brand new phone plus vouchers! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Samsung have left me stranded, I was on the phone for 3 hours and they kept moving me on the numbers that went round in a circle. They said I can renew my insurance but I need to contact Allianz insurance But Allianz have removed any phone numbers related to phone insurance off their website and when I tried to contant them they sent me back to samsung. Once samsung called me back they said I can't renew my insurance. This is terrible service. I have a fold 3 which I brought last year which has an inevitable internal screen break which will cost £520 to fix!!
