0 stars. Horrible customer service. Employees do not know the role of their job & giving customers the wrong details and products. I spoke to the general manager Noshad & when I challenged him on something I believe in as a customer, he suddenly became rude and standoffish saying things like I was telling him he?s incompetent at his job (which I didn?t do). Absolutely disgusting staff, management & company. I will be putting in a complaint against the store & Noshad when I eventually get through to Savers head office (which is also a massive pain & completely unhelpful).

Love this shop.There is everything you need for personal higene and more.Prices are ok ,some products got very good sale prices.The shop is clean and organized.Staff fast, helpful and friendly.I will be back for sure?

Today I have been to saver?s store just entering and there door barrier security started beeping I spoke with the security guard which was absolutely unprofessional and have no knowledge about how to approach as this was happened before as well and I told security guy something wrong with there security barriers how can they start beeping when anyone enters and when you are leaving after shopping they don?t beep but he said very rudely no there?s nothing wrong with them I will definitely speak with there head office branch soon also I will never go to this Lewisham savers again because of the rude and inexperienced security guard who had no knowledge about security job he is very rude and avoiding person

Nice big store very busy it was crazy secondly one of the staff there was very rude and bit arrogant just because you're having a stressful day at work itsnt mean you have to be rude at your customers no matter what the situation try and compose yourself no matter what the situation I almost reported the lady next time she wont be so lucky .

Very very bad customer service experience, no respond to hi or bye . Throwing my items into the basket ? what is this ? How come people with attitude like this work in customer service (at the till) and this happened already twice in this store .

Staff are always willing to go the extra mile. Even though there is always a long queue when I go, they move really quickly. Shelfs are always stocked too

I can give one star towards the stores inventory, variety and prices however customer service is poor to say the least. Also the only savers I know unable to sell alcoholic products after 6pm. Twice now I?ve left work from the city at 5pm to race to the store before 6pm, waited ages in the queue to then be denied at the till at 6:01 and have staff call me a liar or tell me that I should leave work earlier. Extremely rude, miserable women behind those tills.

Very good for getting good deals and cheaper prices on popular items. Can get very busy quickly though expecially around lunch time
