Special mention to the manager who went above and beyond and helped me save extra on my purchase , not only that but also gave a hand loading to my car.Also Lovely staff member on the till , she?s always pleasant and polite with a welcoming smile. Unlike their local competition I won?t mention the name. The service alone here makes you forget the rest. My go to store from now on.

Can't say I had the same customer experience.. Especially the Deputy manager don't know what his name was. I went in said hello he just looked at me what's your order number he gave me my item I said thank you.. Heard nothing back. Kindness doesn't cost anything its free.

Was served by Shaun who acted as the main manager whilst training a new starter. Placed and order, got given two receipts and I asked if that?s the case maybe my change from a £50 note was wrong as well. The guy just looked at me like I was trying to rob the bank and bluntly walked away leaving me just confused as to what has just happened. I asked a lady working there what?s going on and she said ?welcome to screwfix?. I would not recommend this branch to anyone in the local area! 0/10 customer service!
