Frankly speaking, I have never seen a better job before, and I've had multiple pairs of riding jeans reseated in Australia and they did not even come close. “Superb stay at this boutique hotel. Have stayed a few times and the staff are always so friendly and attentive to your every need. The club rooms are so comfortable with comfortable bed up a winding staircase and separate work area downstairs. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice of the freshest ingredients. Walking distance to Canary Wharf and Poplar DLR is only a 5min walk away. Highly recommended!”

“Bank holiday so the mall was super busy - everytime I walked past the store I noticed there was only one person walking and long queues.When I finally queued up (only two people in front of me) I saw that the gentleman was indeed working on his own and that he was still friendly in greeting each customer as exhausted as he may have been. His name was Chris and I was very impressed in how quickly he fixed the broken sole of my shoes.”

“I came in last week regarding a new key fob and although my problem wasn’t resolved ( my key fob just wasn’t working when they copied it) and messed with my original key.I think my key fob had some blocker on it.BUT although I didn’t get the service I needed I was met with some outstanding customer service by the young blonde guy that works there. He’s so professional, understanding and super patient. He tried his upmost best to help resolve the issue which ended up with being a refund. But he was so sweet during the whole process and super helpful so I’m still a happy customer and would genuinely use this shop for anything else I need and it’s not put me off.
