We ordered 9 suits from Skopes for our wedding.We had to make quite a few exchanges for different sizes etc. until it was right. The delivery and customer service has been amazing. The team are so helpful and fast at replying! I don?t usually write reviews but felt they really went over and above our expectations. The suits were lovely and great quality too without being ridiculously expensive. Will definitely shop here again! ?

Excellent service from Skopes. Starting with Harish on google chat with his advice and service to instore with Rafiq who was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I didn?t find a suit for me, but the service was great and they way it should be. Thank you.

I'm in love with this shop, I have been into it unexpectedly while I was in Westfield and I had been very satisfied with their customer service, particularly I was overwhelmed by Amira who looked after me during my visit. She was really helpful and so friendly. I would highly recommend it.

The ladies working in the shop are not interested in serving customers and are extremely rude. We came in to collect a suit that needed altering and we?re treated extremely badly. Such a shame considering our first visit prior to the collection was very pleasant. Nice suits with good quality, just very untrained and rude staff members working 07/06/2023 around 7pm. I think this is something that should be looked into as I think a few other customers also got fed up and left.

Great service from 'PR' who went above and beyond. Amazing product knowledge and friendly, professional customer service. If I need another suit or know someone who does, I'll recommend here.

Amazing service from Olabisi and Rash, really really welcoming and they exercised every single option I liked and could have possibly went for.The variety is excellent and they have sizes which fit you for every suit, if you?re in Westfield and you?re looking for a suit this is the place to come.And the best thing is the price! Amazing quality but no compromise on price from Skopes Westfield.

The staff are very nice, however the manager is probably the worst manager I?ve come across, he doesn?t let you finish your sentences, extremely condescending and rude.

I visited Skopes in Westfield, London to buy a suit for my friend?s wedding.I was incredibly impressed with Olabisi, who helped me pick the right size suit. She was very attentive, helpful and patient. I will certainly be returning thanks to her amazing care!I will update this review once I receive my tailored suit in a few days.Update: My suit was altered 3 times, and the final result was perfect. The staff were all incredibly lovely and the tailor worked tirelessly to ensure the three piece suit was ready to time. PR, and the manager were very helpful and kind.
