Generally the venue is fine but today, at Xmas, our order was forgotten, then cancelled after 1.5hrs waiting without any notice.If we had been kept informed then a long wait might have been acceptable as the food was good when it was done fresh after chasing four times.

Had lunch- food was appalling quality- I know we are in a recession but a sausage the size of my little finger is embarrassing to serve with full English breakfast.
