Amazing service with professional and knowledgeable staff. Paddy went above and beyond to help me with a passport photo for my newborn son. He was so patient throughout the entire process, and really made a stressful situation into a positive experience for a first time mom with a crying baby. 10/10 would recommend.

Great customer service from the team at Aldgate East.I underexposed my film due to not having the right camera/film combination, and they helped me understand what I could do next time as well as not charging me for printing the messed up ones (which was my fault).Really nice people and will be going back there when I can.
