today 14 pm 10/31/2023 a very rude, aggressive person works and he told me not to come here again, BP SHOULD have to throw this person out TO the street NOT WORK NEVER AGAIN SERVICE PERSON . I stopped to buy a Costa from the machine after putting in regular latte, I see that There is like a SPIT dirty in the machine, it made me sick and I left and the person who works there disrespected me, very bad person, he doesn't know how to deal with people, with a very bad face,i told him before speak and this rude manners , you should clean the machin if I were the owner I would throw him out on the street right away. I had to cross to the other side to buy coffee nero, very bad person with the face of a very bad person.
