Great test, friendly and knowledgable staff. Love my new frames, have recommended the shop to several colleagues two of which have already attended the shop and had a great experience. Nice to be treated with honesty and given genuine clinic care.

Unbelievable idiots ...staff told me i will be able to pick up my glasses in 10 days. Took them 15. In the 11 day i walk in to ask about my glasses and the guy that was front of the house at the time explained the fact that they are still waiting for the frames to come. Don't really believe what he was saying cause i choose a frame from the ones that they have in the shop so i asked for a refund wich was not accepted. Anyway i have the glasses now and the quality is pretty low for a 15 days of waiting. Since is not the first pair i could not notice the difference between the previous ones that i bought 2 years ago and the waiting time was 1 hour and 40 min.

It used to be one of the best Specsavers but my last visit at Holborn was an horrible customer service experience. I don't know what happened to the great staff who used to work there for years. I was treated like a nuisance during my last visit and made felt very unwelcome. After 15 years with Specsavers I have decided to take my business elsewhere. This is why shops are continuously struggling vs Amazon and sadly they might be going the way of Mapplin if they don't sort out the CX service.

Great and professional service at that shop. No pressure to buy expensive glasses or other. I'm very happy with the overall experience.
