The staff is so nice! The best Starbucks staff I've ever met in the UK. Due to the late arrival, I wanted to order matcha latte, but there was not enough matcha material, so I ordered a peach tea. To my surprise, the staff used the leftover matcha powder to make me a matcha latte when I picked up my order! Thank you!! You are so kind! ????

Visited on afternoon of 18th November. Good coffee. Spoilt by the overly loud manager patronising (sorry training) some poor soul. Earplugs recommended. Service was poor with zero customer service but this was more due to the loud manager getting in the way. Toilet was also blocked.

Absolutely terrible customer service from a woman named ?Abrahimi? or something similar. Will never come here again because of her, disgusting attitude and she doesn?t match what the Starbucks culture is supposed to be, and I?ve been to dozens in different countries. She should be working in a non customer service job. Flies buzzing around the pastries case is also gross.

This is a nice location and the service is good, however the prices are too expensive for what you actually receive. The people here are nice, and my review isn't a reflection of them. It is of the company itself. The sandwich was way overpriced, especially since it was no more than bread with very light contents. To me, this is ripping off your customer.

Experienced the Worst service by the most ignorant staff and the superior of the store.Went In and placed an mobile order for a caramel frapp through the starbucks app and the app does not have an option for light ice. So i asked politely the lady on the till (don?t remember the name) to please check my order and ask the barista to add light ice after that moment she was behaving differently and was very rude and started saying ?that u have to ask the other person and not me? while she did not get that i have ordered through the app. The ignorant supervisor then came in and asked me to shut up.The supervisor is unaware that the app does not have a ?light ice? option. Which i think is lack of awareness and he should not be a supervisor.I request the manager to look into this and get things sorted.The order was places on 23rd August, around 13:45.

So ordered a drink specifically asked for NO cream, it arrived with cream, pointed it out to staff (not going to call them barista), and she just scooped the cream out and gave the drink back... Was sort of expecting a new drink to be made, to my order ... Good job no allergies, not that was ever asked ..Even by city standards pretty filthy and rude staff.

Not all Starbucks have this low standard big well done to the Tower Hill Minores .Great team always super friendly and they have great drinks never was disappointed by them they follow all the Starbucks standards and take name and beverage routine amazing, well-skilled teams. I always order on my app as I'm running for go to university and they always super fast. <3

Sravan - a 'star' of StarbucksHad a really bad day then came across super friendly staff member Sravan in Starbucks on Minories, the gentleman who added value to Starbucks not only for good coffee and pastries but a caring business.

We were so tired after walking for miles. We were really looking forward to attending them hot drink after the cold weather. However, the staff are determined to be on a mega cleanup after 6 pm. Therefore we were not able to have seating. We normally spend upwards of £40 a month with Starbucks, so would?ve expected a little bit more appreciation.
