There is a lady called aggy/aggie on her name tag who is so rude and has this look on her face that is so patronising, she is always wanting to close earlier than usual when the store says open I come and see it is closed and I can't get my drink and asked to speak to the manager about why the store is closed when it says the opening times are opened online and she (aggy/aggie) tells me that oh I am the manager and we are understaffed. It isnt the publics fault who want their coffee that you are understaffed, you should improve your colleagues hours or something or hire more or give more hours out. I really did not appreciate aggie/aggy's voice and tone towards me/ I feel sorry for the staff that they have a manager who looks and talks like that. I would quit.

2:30 pm today 13th of April. Been served by a girl on the till that could not be bothered to listen to me. She was messaging on her phone while on the till and serving me. Yes she had her phone on the till and was just messaging WHILE I spoke to her.I actually tried to make a conversation with her and she didn?t even bother looking up from her phone.When I asked her am I disturbing you? Her answer was ?sorry?? With attitude. And I answered well you are on your phone. Her answer was ?would you like anything else?? And that?s it. Not apologies or anything else. By the way in the cafe it was only me and anther lady that was choosing a sandwich on the other side of the cafe. No one else!This is my first time out since the lockdown and I was super exited to go out and about and I was welcomed by this. Not impressed.

Incredibly rude barista from the door I wasnt welcomed! The asian brown girl at the counter interrupted me with ?is that all? while telling her my order. Super arrogant and unwelcoming, also in the end got my order wrong since she didnt bother listening! On top of all, I wasnt convinced they remade my drink! Never coming back

Got a hot chocolate and a croissant and the croissant was very poor tasteless chewy dough where it should be buttery and flaky a bit like puff pastry. And for £5.40 you would expect descent quality.

Horrible customer service. Managed to mess up my order and I asked them to do it again kindly. They messed it up again and at that point I was like I will just take it. They then proceeded to raise their voice at me when I told them kindly that they messed it up again but it was fine and I would take it. This happened the second time I visited the starbucks. The first time some girl who I believe is named Anisa was rude and went on her phone when I was ordering! She then continued going on her phone until she finally processed my order. The manager unfortunately did nothing and watched. I am appalled at this behaviour! Will sadly not be returning.

The Asian brown girl is absolutely rude and has a nasty bitter attitude with a scowl on her face , it wouldn?t kill to smile and be friendly, Starbucks needs to train their staff on customer service . I hope you take action of this feedback and teach your workers to be more pleasant. Customer service was atrocious and will not be back to this store. Do not recommend.

I was taken ill on the underground this morning and managed to get off the tube at Blackfriars. Feeling very sick and on the verge of passing out, I asked to use the restroom. The staff were so lovely and caring. They made me sit down, got me a glass of water and offered to call an ambulance or doctor. In these uncertain times, I was really impressed and touched by such kindness. Thank you so much! ??
