Just like an average subway outlet. Everything really comes down to the attitude of the servers.There are usually three people, a lady and two men, during lunch time. The lady is very stingy with the toppings. She just adds about 3-5 pieces of each topping for a footlong sandwich.The guy with specs and beard always has a rude attitude if you ask any questions.The other guy is really friendly and warm. He greets everyone with a smile. Cracks jokes and tends to remember orders of regular customers. His attitude really makes up for the other two employees.

Bought a salad box, the guy barely put anything it. Nothing like majority of other subways, portions served here are very low. Sorry.

Smallest portions in a subway. They are definitely trying to cheat you off and save money here. Rude staff too when you complain.

I love this subway, the staff is always so kind and sweet, especially today. I came in to order my usual, and was greeted with a warm smile and friendly guy. His customer service was superior, and he made the subway experience 1000 times better.

You should use a scale for the meat in the sandwiches because you dont know how much to put in it and when someone says that isnt the appropriate amount for 1 serving you ask him to 2 pounds for a second one? Unprofessional and stingy and it smells weird maybe the indian guy should take a bath. Dont recommend!

I have been to many different subways over the years, today I visited this branch. The staff were friendly and used gloves. The food was good as any other subway, there options for toppings seem more limited however this could have been due to the lunchtime rush.

Guy serving (roughly 40 y/o and of Asian descent) overcharged me and did not give me a receipt. I ordered 5 meal deals and it somehow came to £40. After checking their menu, he I realised I was overcharged by £4-£5. He was extremely rude to another customer who was queueing up. I am going back there to get my money back, but figured I?d review first. I?ve contacted my bank and subway to get my money back. Thief should not be allowed to serve customers.

I don't reomend people to visit this storeI was in store this afternoon noon I want to pay by my subcad points but one of the staff member he was a male and waring black T-shirt he refused to do so but saying that its not working but I saw a customer who scanned his subcad in front of me when I asked about it he said u can scan but you can't pay after 2 minutes of argument he said me I don't want to serve you get lost which is really a unethical behavior for a brand like subway

Went to this subway as it was close to my uni. I normally get sub from the subway close to my house but this time wanted a different place. I told them that I want to use my points, but the guy in the till asked me where do I get subway from. And when I told a different subway, he started yelling at me and telling me that they can't accept my points as I took this points from a different subway. And later when I tried to persuade them he told me I can take it but its gonna be the last time. What the hell is this service. Subway is a brand not his personal shop. Someone plz teach him that every subway is same. It may have different franchisee but the company is still the same. So plz give that guy a bit training for customer service. This subway is the worst of all subway I went so far.Rating 0/10
