The customer service in this store is absolutely awful. Staff talking about customers rudely whilst scanning your items. The service is completely unprofessional. The member of staff called Tamba was rude and had an awful attitude berating myself and other customers who had forgotten their Superdrug card. I have never had an issue in another store asking to search for my card via email. You are made to feel like a major inconvenience and that even your very presence is an insult to the staff.

My daughter had very unpleasant experience shopping at Superdrug Holborn today. The security guard kept following her around the shop and talking in his mouthpiece about her. This made her very uncomfortable and she rushed to buy without properly looking through. This intimidating and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. I?m trying to make official complaint as I had similar experience at same brunch once and stopped shopping there. Please use Boots on the Kingsway instead as the staff are more professional and polite there.

Now firstly I have to say, I do agree with the other reviews, the front of house staff isn't the most polite. However the pharmacy there is a miracle! Always fast, I never queue for too long. Staff always friendly and helpful. The blonde lady that works there (sorry, didn't get the name!) Couldn't be more wonderful! Sorted out my prescription for me, even when the doctors prescribed the wrong medicine. This is the 3rd time I saw her there and all these times she's been nothing but amazing! Thank you, without her, I would've had to stay without my subscription until the doctors finally sort it out, for that I am very very grateful!

Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff. They talk about customers as if we can't hear / see them. Needs basic training on customer service.We aren't expecting luxury service in Superdrug, but no need for the attitude when putting products through the till.Looking at the other reviews - seems like there's a theme going on here. ?????

Understaffed, no sense of urgency during busy periods. Queue stretched half the length of the store before someone else came on tills. Not great when you want to po in quickly on a lunch break!

Employees were super rude, i went to the till and said i was paying with cash rather than card and the cashier got mad at me and when i walked away she was talking about me to her colleague?? and staring at me while throwing a tantrum. i went to another till and viktoria served me and she was also rude to me. i accidentally gave her two five pound notes and she gave me an incredibly dirty look and said ?why did you give me these??? with a lot of attitude for no reason lol?? made my friend and i really uncomfortable - pls train your employees to be kinder

Although the employees were super nice, the store manager was rude and refused to give me a refund simply because he "didn't have time." I am extremely disappointed by the manager's attitude and will likely not be returning to the store in the future.

Absolutely awful experience in this Superdrug today, was watched like a hawk while trying to shop for lipstick and repeatedly approached by staff telling me not to use testers that had been open previous to me. Felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed, while spending 40 pounds. Staff acted as though I was stealing and were very accusatory

Here I leave my deep disappointment as a customer of this store for some time, in which its employees show all their friendliness when we get to the checkout to pay and try to foist everything and anything else, but I read well about this. The worst thing is their lack of professional training, when they make any warning in front of all the other customers, leaving us extremely embarrassed as if we had committed the worst of crimes.In short, it would be in the interest of all parties for the owners of this type of chain store to focus on training their employees with regard to customer service.The recipe is simple = satisfied customer always returnsOr a dissatisfied customer does more damage to the image, name and profits of any business.And sometimes it's so simple, just the polite and respectful way of the employee in contact with the customer.This superdrug is located near the Holbon underground station.

I totally agree with other reviewers pointing at how RUDE THE MANAGER BEN is i really don?t understand why he is still there as a manager I stopped going there since last year even though its close to my work and where i live. This store definitely need to improve their customer service skills, i guess everything will be fine if the get good manager. I was regular customer all this years i never seen him smiling or greeting customers nicely neither other member if the staffs.However the reason I stopped going bcoz staff member was so rude to me and arguing bcoz i was looking for some face poweder and couldn?t find the right colour on display accidentally I opened the drawer to see bcoz staffs members were busy she came running started shouting I shouldn?t have opened it even though I APOLOGISED still she was going on about it and was givinme such a attitude she thought I opened the drawer to steal, I?m a post office manager i deal with 15-20k in a day am i gona go to superdrugs to steal £10 makeup serously? ?when i told the manager so call BEN he was arguing with me too. In this store MANAGER TRAINES STAFFS HOW TO GET RUDE TO CUSTOMERS THATS ALL!!! What a customer service hey
