I popped into the Stratford Westfield store with my toddler, and thought I?d have no chance at browsing but the most lovely and attending staff member named Leonita helped give me a shopping experience I?d never forget! Leonita focused on entertaining my 2 year old with so much patience and care! I haven?t yet come across someone who takes so much pride in doing their job, and giving customers like me a chilled stress free experience. Thank you Leonita! Your amazing!!

Alanna gave me the best customer experience when I had an issue with my ring in the Stratford store. Her patience and care were outstanding and she represented the brand amazingly. High recommend this store and this employee. I hope she gets the credit she so deserves!

Areej gave me the best service in the Stratford store. She was friendly, polite and patient while we explored the options and was on hand to give her expert advice. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will return soon.

I will never buy anything from this brand again. Last month i sent a gift from turkey store, they forgot the gift note, my friend didnt even understand it was sent by me for a week. This month i sent another gift from belgium store, first they send the invoice with the gift despite i told them not to do. i told them literally only few hours later from the order, they say they cant change anything after half an hour. I asked them to cancel for me to re-order, not accepted. Even though their claim was no change after half an hour, they didnt ship my order for next 6 days. Then, this time they send the ?gift note? but as an empty paper, no text written. Such a lousy and low quality brand.

Visited this shop today to buy a pair of earrings. Price in shop was alot higher than on Swarovski website. Assistant checked it out with Manager who was extremely rude and offhand. More training needed on how to speak to customers.

I went to London last weekend to play in a world championship representing Brazil! From the beginning, my idea was to buy an engagement ring and take it to my girlfriend who stayed in BrazilI went to several stores in the mall, but the one where I received the best service was at Swarovski, together with LEONITA, I received such good service from her that I bought the ring and the next day I went back to buy an earring and a necklace!the surprise was a success and she said YES! right when I arrived at my city?s airport ??Thank you to Leonita for helping me at this important moment!If you want to see a video of this moment (she was dressed as a dinosaur waiting for me ?) it's on our Instagram @diegokop or @mylene_gab

The lady that served me was very unbothered by the whole experience. I have asked her to send me the receipt via email as the product has 2 years warranty and she just said no I won?t be able to do that. Out of all the Swarovski stores that I?ve been to, this one is lacking staff that knows their own product and its prices. The rebrand went so well, it?s a shame to see the staff at this store being so uneducated about the product which they sell. The lady which was assisting me wasn?t able to comment whether the product is plated or not, nor answer further questions regarding the product. Additionally, that one experience has put me off Swarovski completely as you have increased your prices quite drastically, however, shopping experience doesn?t match the price which you expect a consumer to pay. As such a big franchise, which is, also trying to rebrand and increase their sales - you really need to do better regarding your consumers? experience at the stores.

I went there and bought 2 pairs of earrings at 21.05 on 19/06/2023 which the shop is still open. A young Indian women is very nice and really helpful but another staff who is older is very rude and told me to hurry up if I want to buy. She locked the door and don?t let anyone outside to come in the shop. When I want to check the product I decided to buy. She said ?you already see it, why you want to see it again in an aggressive way? as a buyer I should be entitled to see the product I am looking to buy. I said thank you to her after I bought my earrings but she didn?t even look at me and pull a face after I leave the shop. I felt unwelcome in this store

I had a great customer experience with the manager Romina and Evelina. I came in with an aftercare request for one of my swarowski necklaces. Romina was graceful and kind and helped me with my necklace and a purchase too. I had overall a great experience and wouldn?t hesitate to come back again.
