Great store! They sell very high quality legging and yoga clothes, for all body shapes and morphologies. A very welcome change in the clothing industry. Kudos!

After choosing a £60 pullover they tell us it's not a 0 but a 9. They check it, we look at other pieces and see a 0, then they tell us it's a mistake and it's £69. We buy it but the next day we go back and see that they haven't changed it... Deceit! We do not recommend it!!

I used to be a big fan of Lululemon until I walked into this store and met Sara. She is super helpful in helping me to find my style and suitable sizes. Sara is the BEST!

Having seen an interesting colour of the power leggings online I wanted to try them on so popped into the Carnaby St shop. Despite that pattern not being on display Sara immediately knew what I wanted and brought a few lengths for me to try on. She was very helpful on sizing (I am not a regular SB customer) and finding matching tops. She generally made sure it was a perfectly fun shopping experience. And now having put them to the test in the gym I really love my leggings!

I never ever write reviews online but I wish to share my positive experience with finding new workout kit. I admit to being a lululemon gal before popping in on Friday looking for new bottoms and bra and not knowing where to start, Sara was so knowledgable, and body positive the whole experience was a breeze and I came out converted to the SB cause. Thank you. Would thoroughly recommend to any other ladies who are a bit unsure about sizing/ looking for leggings which are squat proof and stay up when running and a supportive bra for all activities? go pop in. Very helpful and made the process fun. Thank you Sara.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at SB Carnaby St. I had some Christmas vouchers to spend and the lovely Sara approached me to ask if I needed any help. Usually I?m fine just browsing on my own, but I didn?t know where to start in terms of what I wanted.Having already accumulated a sizeable athleisure collection, I was on the hunt for something to wear to work, and when Sara and I got chatting, I explained the types of items I was looking for and she DELIVERED!Sara whisked around the shop for items according to my wish list and was even on hand for the dressing room reveal! It was a lot of fun and I came away with a gorgeous navy dress which is incredibly flattering and perfect for work.10/10 recommend the Sweaty Betty store on Carnaby Street!

I went to the Carnaby Street store to exchange some christmas presents. Unfortunately the sender of the presents forgot to link them to my account or give me a gift receipt but the lovely lady at the store till (long dark hair) said she would allow me to exchange it for items worth their total value if I picked up something in the store that day. Therefore I was able to exchange my Christmas presents despite not having a gift receipt. An excellent example of customer service, many thanks guys! Keep it up :)

Dreadful customer service when ordering online. Avoid their online ordering at all costs. You can?t get updates, orders don?t arrive and you have no way of talking to anyone. It?s order and hope. If you do get a response (I?ve sent 5 emails, 3 twitter DMs and 2 posts and have only had a generic response so far after 4 weeks waiting) don?t expect any customer service. My order was for Xmas, ordered on 6/12 and still no sign of it and no response. If you must buy the product only do it in store.

I have ordered the specific product for a journey and paid for express delivery. Then it tuned out that delivery will take twice as long as stated on the website. As a result they don?t want to change the delivery to another country and can?t cancel the order. I just wasted my time and money, very disappointed such a service?

The customer service at this location is nothing short of exceptional! Calum and Ruby went above and beyond to deliver a gift to a dear friend who sadly is quarantined in her hotel and running low on essentials. The gesture brightened her day and mine too from across the pond. Thank you to the team at Sweaty Betty Carnaby Street!
